Winter Wonderland

Camp Eastwood is an amazing property. Dan and Nancy were so wonderful with any questions. They were easy to contact and very responsive. Camp Eastwood was a perfect place to come back to after a day of skiing. The houses is set up for a large group. The house is well thought out. From having two laundry rooms to an amazing kitchen to a workout room. Plenty of places to hideaway if you choose or there is plenty of room for dinner and games! We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room/family room. We ran a pool tournament with all the adults and kids. It was a lot of fun. The view of the lake is breathtaking. It is truly a winter wonderland. We will be back. Thank you Dan and Nancy for sharing your home!

We had the best time ever at Camp Eastwood! The house was perfect for our large three generational family. The weather even cooperated as it started to snow early Friday morning, and we were able to enjoy the outdoors. We went snow shoeing at Deer Pond Loop, the kids went sledding at North Country CC, but the best adventure was the walk through the Wild Center. The lights and music were magical! The most precious thing for my husband and me was seeing our kids and grandkids enjoying each other. My husband celebrated his birthday there and it was wonderful!

Amazing house in a fabulous location

You can easily tell the owners made a lot of effort to ensure an unforgettable experience. This is not just a rental, it has an unique style with superb amenities.

Stayed for 4 nights during negative overnight temperatures and the heated floors along with solid insulation made a real difference.

We decided to choose a well stocked, well furnished property to relax after a whole day at a Whiteface, despite slightly longer driving time from Lake Placid. Rather be an extra 25 min on a scenic road and have a great evening time with our group, than choose an average property nearby Whiteface. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with our large group!

Exceptional!

We spent one week in December at Camp Eastwood – friends and family, total of 19 people including children. Plenty of room for our large group. The property is very clean and well maintained with cabin accents throughout. Winter breathtaking scenery and views were amazing. We enjoyed games in play room, hot tub and steam room in evenings. Plenty of activities in the area – skiing, tubing, cross-country skiing and even sleigh ride. Children had blast in sledding on small slope behind the house. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great Winter Getaway!

Our stay was fantastic! This house is spacious, very comfortable and seats on a beautiful land. House itself has a very nice vibe. Kids enjoyed animals dens decorations, fireplace and lots of space. Grownups enjoyed hot tub after skiing, kitchen and massive table that was able to seat all of our 13 crew for meals!

The communication with the owner is just a pleasure, helpful and very informative. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants quite nights and peaceful surroundings. We are already planning next stay there 🙂

This place is absolutely amazing.

The pictures online do not suffice for the actual beauty of Camp Eastwood. Every detail of this house was done so perfect that it makes the house even more cozy. The winter views are absolutely stunning and beautiful to wake up to every morning. The house is very spacious and accommodating for large families. Daniel is a very attentive and knowledgeable host and gave us great pointers on what to do and the places to visit during our stay. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here and wished we would have stayed an extra day! It’s a beautiful place to spend quality time with family and friends and create beautiful memories. We will definitely be staying here again!
